Key Responsibilities :
· Guide prospective students about course options, career paths, and the benefits of certifications offered by the institute.
· Handle inquiries, follow up with potential students, and convert leads into enrollments by effectively communicating the value of the courses.
· Organize sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate prospects and enhance engagement.
· Maintain records of interactions, conversions, and enrollment data. Provide regular reports on the counseling process and its effectiveness.
· Understand market trends, student needs, and competitor offerings to tailor counseling strategies and improve course marketing.
· Guide students through enrollment, including course selection, documentation, and payment procedures.
Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Meeting the targets of admission per month

Qualification: Graduate/ Under Graduate
Experience: 0 to 6 months
