Roles & Responsibility
· Counseling potential candidates for various courses for Abroad and India.
• Maintaining Quality Service by establishing organization standards.
• Provide one to one Career Counselling to students for abroad study as per their skills.
• Helping Students to Prepare for their admission application.
• Monitoring and Assisting with counselling programs.
• Maintain accurate and complete students record.
• Participate in education seminars/ fairs as a company brand ambassador.
• Follow up over the phone/email and convert into sales / admission
• There is no lead generation. Leads are provided.
• Update CRM and Report to the manager.
• Coordinate with faculty and staff for proper delivery of our courses.
• Proper follow up on email, phone, WhatsApp has to be done.
• Must be available on phone to students/client if they are facing problems (After office hrs).
• Excellent English and Hindi Communication
