Job Description: As a Diagnostician at Cognitive Diagnostic Associates, you will play a vital role in conducting assessments and evaluations to identify children's cognitive and academic profiles. With your expertise, you will help identify specific areas of strengths and weaknesses and provide valuable recommendations. Your responsibilities will include:
Administering and interpreting a variety of standardized diagnostic assessments, interviews, and observations.
Analyzing assessment results to formulate accurate information based on children's cognitive abilities.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized intervention plans and strategies.
Providing detailed assessment reports and recommendations to practitioners.
Monitoring progress and conducting ongoing evaluations to make appropriate adjustments to cognitive and academic profile.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in administering and interpreting diagnostic assessments, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
Strong knowledge of standardized assessment tools, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to accurately diagnose children's cognitive abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey assessment findings and recommendations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with professionals from different disciplines.
Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and prioritize workload.
