Role: Educational Leader - Diploma Qualified
Location: Eastern Suburbs Perth WA
Centre: Goodstart Ballajura
Employment Type: Flexible Full-time / Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Upto $41.60/hr plus Super
Lead change, and champion practice uplift and excellence

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Ballajura:
Small, close-knit centre licensed for 55 children, fostering a warm and community-focused environment.
Flexible part-time Educational Leader role, offering 30 hours per week with 5 hours of non-contact time, ideal for Diploma-qualified professionals.
Ballajura Centre has been operational for over 14 years, providing consistent education and care to the community.
Strong focus on mentoring and supporting educators to enhance the quality of learning and development for children.
