Pebbles Early Learning Centre Kingswood is seeking a dedicated and motivated Educational Leader to join our vibrant team. As our service continues to grow, we’re looking for someone to inspire practice, guide programming, and build strong educator capability.
Pebbles Early Learning & Childcare - Kingswood, is a family-run service with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and care. About the Role
Lead and mentor educators across all rooms to support quality programs.
Embed the EYLF and NQF through intentional, reflective practice.
Work closely with the Centre Director and Leadership Team.
Support team meetings, planning cycles, and documentation quality.
Ensure children’s voices and identities are reflected in every aspect of the program.
Hourly rate plus Educational Leader allowance created as a package and will be discussed on phone screen and interview.
About You
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or working towards, with completed Diploma).
Previous experience as an Educational Leader is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and Quality Improvement Planning.
A confident communicator and mentor who brings out the best in others.
Positive, collaborative, and ready to contribute to a growing service.
