Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educational Therapist to join our dynamic team. Duties
Design and implement customized curricula that meet each student’s unique learning profile, incorporating principles of special education and early childhood education.
Utilize advanced learning technology tools to enhance instructional delivery and engagement.
Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions focused on improving literacy, numeracy, executive functioning, and social-emotional skills.
Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with educational standards and individual goals.
Manage classroom environments effectively to promote positive behavior, engagement, and collaboration among students.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Provide training and support to caregivers on effective childcare practices and educational activities at home.
Experience
AET certificate, or in the process
Proven experience working with children in classroom settings, including preschool or early childhood education environments.
Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development tailored for diverse learners with special education needs.
Strong background in teaching or tutoring students across various age groups, including young children and adults.
Familiarity with classroom management techniques that foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning atmosphere.
Knowledge of learning technology platforms and tools used to support differentiated instruction.
Experience working with students who have learning disabilities or developmental delays is highly desirable.
