Our small group literacy and age-appropriate activities include homework assistance, physical fitness, social skills building, and access to community resources

Under the direction of the After School Coordinator, the Educational Tutor will provide homework assistance and small group instruction to students participating in the All-Aboard After School Program
The Educational Tutor will be responsible for assisting the After School Coordinator with lesson planning, the implementation of the planned lesson and assessing student progress
Support a nurturing, positive, and safe learning environment
Assist with preparing individual lesson plans and activities to enhance student progress
Use and create hands-on activities to strengthen student progress and performance
Provide homework assistance and small group instruction
Conduct physical fitness, literacy, and arts/crafts activities
Provide supervision over the classrooms
Take daily attendance

All-Aboard After School is a literacy program designed to help children from low-income and high-risk neighborhoods. We offer a safe and supportive environment where kids can participate in social, educational, and recreational activities tailored to their unique needs and interests.
