We are seeking creative and passionate educators to join our team as Educational Video Creators focused on the NCERT syllabus for Classes IX to XII. The ideal candidates will have expertise in subjects like English, Mathematics, or Science and will be responsible for producing short, engaging videos (reel-style) that simplify key concepts for students. This role is ideal for educators who want to make learning accessible and enjoyable through digital content. This is a remote position with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create short, engaging educational videos (reel-like) for NCERT topics covering Classes IX to XII in subjects such as English, Mathematics, or Science.
• Simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand and visually appealing content to enhance student engagement.
• Stay updated with the NCERT syllabus to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
• Collaborate with the content team to script, storyboard, and edit videos that align with educational goals.
• Use creative techniques such as animations, illustrations, and interactive elements to make learning fun and effective.
• Continuously improve video creation processes based on student feedback and video performance.
• Maintain consistency in the style and presentation of videos to ensure a cohesive learning experience for students.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
• Experience in teaching or creating educational content for Classes IX to XII, with a strong understanding of the NCERT curriculum.
• Strong ability to break down complex concepts and present them in a visually engaging format.
• Excellent communication skills and an engaging on-camera presence.
• Familiarity with video creation and editing tools.
Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience in creating educational videos or digital content.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant tools.
• Creative approach to presenting educational content, using animations and graphics to enhance student understanding.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
