Our beautiful Nido Banksia Grove service is looking for a passionate and dedicated educator to join our team. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

ABOUT THE SERVICE:
Small 62 place service located close to supermarkets and the local gym
Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 3 rooms and 2 stunning outdoor play areas
Strong management team to couch and guide you through your career
Bus stops within 5 minute walk from service for easy commute to work
Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
Opening hours - 6:30am-630pm - Monday-Friday

ABOUT YOU:
Hold a Cert III in Early Childhood (essential for this role)
Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
In-depth experience working in a childcare service
Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
Have strong communication and time-management skills
A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
