Do you have a passion for shaping the minds of young children, helping them to reach their individual potential all while having fun in your role? We are looking to support an Early Childhood Educator in their career by joining our Williamstown team! As an educator working with OAC Williamstown, you will collaborate closely with educators, children, and families to create an inclusive, safe, and nurturing environment for all children in our care. You will support children's learning and development by delivering age-appropriate activities and documenting observations with the help of our Educational Leader. We see this person building meaningful partnerships with families to ensure they feel as apart of our community as our children do.

If you would like to join our team, we will be looking for someone who has the following:
Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
Availability to work full time, Monday to Friday
A positive & inspiring attitude to their role
A child at heart willing to have fun everyday
A strong understanding of child safety & wellbeing
