About the Role
As a casual educator in an Exceeding service, you will be expected to uphold strong practices and contribute meaningfully from day one. You will:
Actively participate as part of a professional, collaborative team
Complete necessary documentation to support children’s learning and wellbeing
Implement engaging, high-quality educational programs
Set up and maintain purposeful, intentional learning environments
Demonstrate strong supervision, safety awareness, and relationship-based practice
Support routines and transitions with confidence and professionalism
Maintain the standards and expectations of an Exceeding-rated centre
About You
We are seeking educators who bring:
Strong foundational early childhood knowledge
Experience in early years education and a clear understanding of child development
A proactive, creative, and engaging approach in busy environments
Reliability, flexibility, and confidence across all age groups
A passion for fostering a love of learning and helping children grow into capable, confident learners
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Current Working with Children Check / Working with Vulnerable People / Blue Card
Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID004)
Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
