The Role:
Permanent position (30 to 38 hours per week ) or Casual
Working as a float for multiple rooms
Open to Certificate 3 or Diploma Educators
Develop, implement, and evaluate the daily care routines and programmes for individual children and/or groups
Build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their caregivers

Based in the suburb of Belair
Bush Kinder, Sport, and Music programs; Sensory Room; community-partnered incursions; and an excursion to Belair National Park
Very close to local coffee shops for lunch time breaks
The service sits opposite the train station for easy commute to and from work
Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation

About You:
Hold a Diploma / Cert 3 in Early Childhood or equivalent (Essential)
Must be available to work 4 days a week
Experience in working as an Educator in a childcare service for 1+ years
A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
