About the Role:

As a Busy Bees Educator, you will:

Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for children

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate programs

Observe, document, and support each child’s unique learning journey

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Uphold compliance with national regulations and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

✅ Essential Qualifications:

Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

Current Working With Children Check (NSW)

First Aid Certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

What We’re Looking For:

A deep understanding of child development and learning milestones

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to plan, assess and reflect on engaging learning experiences

A commitment to inclusive, respectful practices

A collaborative spirit and dedication to continuous learning

Bonus Points For:

Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS)

Experience working in similar educator roles within early childhood services

Confidence using digital tools for learning documentation and communication
