Job Title: Educator - Early Childhood

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educator to join our team, working with young children in a Pre-primary and Daycare setting.

Work Location:

• Tata Communications Limited, Dighi, Pune, Maharashtra 411015

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9 hours per day

• Alternative Saturdays: Half-day

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning sessions to children, ensuring the class is engaging and enriching. Key responsibilities include:

• Lesson Planning: Develop lesson plans in advance, aligning with curriculum requirements and incorporating creative activities.

• Classroom Management: Implement approved lesson plans, maintaining a safe and constructive learning environment.

• Child Progress Monitoring: Regularly maintain accurate records of child progress, identifying areas for improvement.

• Resource Utilization: Effectively utilize resources, minimizing waste and promoting efficient use.

• Center Appeal: Enhance the appearance of the center/class with age-appropriate displays and learning materials.

• School Policies: Ensure adherence to school policies at all times, promoting a positive and supportive environment.

• Regularly communicate with parents regarding child progress and any concerns.

• Prioritize the safety, health, hygiene, and security of children, reporting any concerns to the center head.

• Provide guidance and feedback to assistant teachers and support staff as needed.

• Collaborate with colleagues on event planning, trips, celebrations, and other activities.
