Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

So, we are hiring educators for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English for Foundation in Baramati, Pune.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Deliver concept-driven, interactive, and structured lessons in the assigned subject.
• Design comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, and assessments tailored to the academic curriculum.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, remedial classes, and personalized mentorship for students.
• Track student performance through regular assessments, progress reports, and feedback sessions.
• Maintain discipline and an engaging classroom atmosphere conducive to effective learning.
• Collaborate with the school administration and faculty to ensure seamless program execution.
• Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and provide academic insights on student development.
• Uphold the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical teaching practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
• B.Tech/B.E/MSc./BSc. or any Bachelor's or Master’s degree in the respective subject.
Experience:
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Prior experience in competitive exam coaching is an added advantage.
Skills Required:
• Strong subject knowledge and teaching pedagogy.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and academic excellence.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students towards achieving their academic goals.
