At Uniting Early Learning , we provide a warm, values-based environment where children can make friends, explore, and develop skills that will support them now and throughout their schooling. Our long daycare and government-approved Kindergarten program celebrate play-based learning, with educators making full use of our sprawling outdoor space to create rich learning experiences. Here, children can dig in the organic garden, cook in the mud kitchen, and discover the bush tucker area, all while surrounded by leafy trees, real grass, and natural landscapes. With a fabulous onsite cook serving nutritious, delicious meals—including vegetarian options—and a small, community-focused setting catering to just 56 children, we ensure every child receives the individual attention they deserve. As an "Exceeding" rated centre by ACECQA, we are committed to delivering exceptional early education and care in a nurturing, nature-filled environment.

You're someone who can:
Support and assist in implementing a well-planned program, ensuring individual and group needs are met. ??
Capture the magic by documenting observations, assessing learning behaviour, and creating engaging indoor and outdoor learning havens. ?????
Guide children with care, empathy, and respect, fostering positive interactions. ????
Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:
Early Childhood Certificate III or equivalent qualification (approved by ACECQA). ????
Know the ins and outs of Early Years Learning, Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline, and National Quality Standards. ????
Suitability Card for Child Related Employment (Blue Card). ????
First Aid, CPR, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification. ????
