Brand Sales & Education Specialist
Location: Mississauga, ON & GTA Retail Locations
Type: Casual
Duration: 30h/per week
What You’ll Do
Set up and run in-store demo activations at grocery and retail partner locations (table setup, samples, signage)
Speak confidently about ZoRaw’s ingredients, benefits, and why our chocolate hits different
Track demo performance: number of samples given, sales converted, and real-time customer feedback
Build relationships with store staff and help ensure prime shelf placement
Collaborate with the marketing and social media team to share field insights, suggest content ideas, and support campaign execution
Capture demo-day content (photos/videos) for ZoRaw’s social media and retail marketing channels
Report back insights from customer conversations to help refine product positioning and messaging
Who You Are
Outgoing, love talking to strangers, and don’t get shy when pitching something you believe in
Know how to sell without being salesy — confident, not pushy
Strong organizational skills — you can keep track of multiple store visits, demo supplies, and daily reports
Comfortable lifting light equipment (tables, cooler bags, banners)
Passionate about health, food, and great branding
Self-motivated, dependable, and down to hustle — especially on weekends
Ideal Background
Student or recent grad in Marketing, Business, Nutrition, or Communications
Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, or brand ambassadorship is a strong plus
Access to a car is strongly preferred (you’ll be moving between demo locations)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Product Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing in-store marketing activities, gathering customer insights, and fostering relationships with store managers, employees, and shoppers. This hands-on position offers valuable exposure to the dynamic world of consumer goods marketing, with a focus on product sampling, trend analysis, and customer engagement. You will gain invaluable skills in communication, relationship-building, and brand promotion within the fast-paced CPG industry.
This isn’t your typical desk job — this is boots-on-the-ground, face-to-face product evangelism.
