Architect (Revit / AutoCAD)

JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking experienced Revit Architects to join our team. The successful candidates will work closely with US-based companies across the construction sector.
The candidate should have strong proficiency in REVIT and practical work experience in the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Work directly with US based on projects and tasks
• Responsible for creating Revit models, developing construction drawings, preparing CD sets, and working on documentation drawings.
• Other common tasks include updating plans and elevations and creating site plans.
• Responsible for developing schematic design and design development sets and assisting with working drawings.
• Additionally, tasks related to 3D modeling, rendering, and creating furniture layouts, preparing permit sets, as built and demolition drawings, researching concepts, and developing concepts and proposal drawings are common with placements.
WHO YOU ARE - QUALIFICATIONS :
• Bachelor of Architecture and / or Masters in Architecture
• Minimum 3 years' experience with REVIT is a must
• Must have 5 years’ of experience as an Architect
• USA based work experience is an added advantage
• Previous BIM experience is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Shift Timings : 3 : 00pm 12 : 00am IST
Location : Work from home (WFH) Full time
