Role-Quality Analyst-Elearning Developer
Years of Exp-4-7 Years
Location-Bangalore
Responsibilities & Duties:
As a Quality Analyst, one is required to:
· Review digital learning courses to ensure everything is flowing in order and client requirements are accurately captured
· Review Storyboards and other relevant documents involved in the QA process
· Liaise on quality parameters, brand guidelines and standards of client requirements across all stages of a QA process
· Be able to understand client and SME feedback and get the same incorporated accurately in the courseware
· Having a detailed eye for design aesthetics would be an added advantage
· Test eLearning Content and LMS UAT and SCORM testing for the courses on different devices/platforms
Desired Skills & Qualification
· Knowledge of strengths and limitations of the authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Gomo, Captivate, Vyond etc.,
· Proficient in English with good communication and presentation skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Up to date on the latest eLearning trends and technologies
· Be able of analyze the material from the learner/audience point of view
· Be team player and collaborate to get desired results
· Proactive and self-driven
· Able to apply logical thinking in situations
· Possess mentoring abilities
· Creative and customer focus would be an added advantage.
