We offer
We are looking for eLearning Developer with 4-5 years of experience in eLearning, who can understand the importance of designing and delivering learning solutions as per client requirements. He/she will be responsible for the development of eLearning courseware
Key responsibilities
Develop course interface, instructional graphics and animations that illustrate critical concepts and desired learning outcomes in eLearning courses
Develop custom graphic layouts, assets and screens, page navigation buttons for eLearning courses
Translate instructional concepts from storyboard into interactive graphics or animations that reinforce the concepts specified by the instructional designer
Develop contents, assessment questions, exercise for eLearning
Create an end-to-end eLearning course using Articulate Storyline / RISE / Captivate / Elucidate / I Spring
Build courses using Articulate Storyline by including variables, triggers, interactions, quizzes, branching/alternative flows, animations and/or gamification
Create interactive eLearning products
Work with subject matter experts and understand their requirements and adhering to their standards and guidelines
Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product
Review and test new and revised content curriculum of other team members
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the curriculum or assist with innovative ideas
Revamp existing courses based on required changes/updates
Manage delivery timelines and ensure proactiveness
Deliver eLearning products of excellent quality with efficiency
We are looking for
Prerequisites:
Adequate knowledge of curriculum design, instructional methods, adult learning, and training solutions
Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS / Learning Content Management System (LCMS) / Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
Knowledge of SCORM packaging and testing
Qualification & Experience :
Any degree or bachelor’s or master’s degree in visual communication
Diploma in web designing or multimedia (preferred)
4-5 years of experience in eLearning as a developer with an edge in creating online training materials
Tech savvy with knowledge of latest software and design skills
Efficient in creating eLearning projects using rapid authoring tools
Excellent in creating courses using Articulate Storyline (including triggers, layers, variables, timelines, and advanced functionalities of storyline) and RISE 360
Experience in using creative apps, such as Adobe Creative Suite – including Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
Know how to use:
o Camtasia for audio and video editing
o Vyond to create videos, and
o Sound editing tools or any audio generation software (Audition is an added advantage)
Preferred skills :
Confident to use MS Office tools
Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Adobe XD, and Acrobat Pro or other video editing tools (will be an added advantage)
