Job Title: E-Learning Developer
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative E-Learning Developer to join our team. As an E-Learning Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and interactive e-learning courses and materials. You will work closely with subject matter experts and instructional designers to understand learning objectives and translate them into effective online learning experiences. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to gather learning objectives and requirements.
Design and develop e-learning courses using authoring tools, multimedia elements, and interactive features.
Create engaging and interactive content, including videos, simulations, quizzes, and assessments.
Incorporate best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences.
Ensure e-learning courses are visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible across different platforms and devices.
Test and troubleshoot e-learning courses for functionality, compatibility, and usability.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to instructional design standards.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in e-learning technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in designing and developing e-learning courses and materials.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and multimedia design.
Experience with multimedia production, including video editing, audio recording, and graphic design.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC standards.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for e-learning course customization is a plus.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for learning and technology.
