Job Description
We are looking for an Technical developer who can:
• Partner with Instructional Designer and Visual designer to understand learning needs, work to ensure outstanding learner experiences
• Work seamlessly on the course development solutions like HTML5, SCORM packages, customized authoring tool outputs and other interactive learning interventions as per the storyboards and layouts designed by the ID and VD.
• Ensure the courses and learning objects behave as per the expectation on the pilot server before they are hosted on production server.
• Implement the Stakeholder/SME feedback in collaboration with other development team members like Instructional designer, visual designer, testing team or LMS team if required.
• Design test cases to ensure quality delivery of the learning assets.
• Create technical standards for browser support, resolution, OS for the courses in collaboration with the IT team.
• Coordinate with team members and other colleagues to execute on learning needs and deliverables
• Support the other projects like SharePoint Knowledge Portal, Automation of EOS procedures and so on.
• Confer with other learning and development team members to solve problems, work through challenges, and develop solutions that meet stakeholder objectives.
• Work to continually improve team processes and procedures
• Participate in team project meetings and status calls to communicating updates and challenges, share feedback, and offer new ideas
• Be proactive in identifying risks and anticipating problems before they happen, and be bold in raising them
• Support information sharing and management, including documenting and communicating processes and best practices
• Provide task-based support to the team as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree Computer Science or related field
• 6 to 8 years of experience in a client or customer service-oriented position
• Proven success working in a team environment and in balancing multiple priorities
• Experience with HTML 5, ASP.NET, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, image, audio and video editing and course-development software/tools.
• Knowledge and experience with e-learning content standards (e.g. SCORM, xAPI) Comfortable with technology and technical concepts
• Basic knowledge/awareness of CSoD LMS
• Interest in user experience and learning design
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a dynamic, fast-paced, matrixed global team
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, manage multiple activities and projects, and work under challenging deadlines
• Strong Knowledge about Technical SCORM and Cornerstone On Demand Learning Management System or SCORM Cloud.

• Excellent Communication skills in oral, and written form
• A team player with exceptional organizational, project management and technical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality
• Knowledge of React JS and Angular JS will be an added advantage
