Roles Responsibilities
KEY MISSIONS
Prepare maintenance intervention and all curative work supervision;
Participate in preventive curative interventions if necessary;
Provide training and ensure skillful competency of the team;
Manage spare part needs for curative preventive job;
Ensure that the work is done in safe condition;
Participate and modify, if necessary, preventive maintenance procedure;
Proceed to the troubleshooting in case of equipment failure;
Study and recommend any modification, addition or removal enabling better functioning of the facilities or an improved equipment reliability;
Ensure efficiency of the Electrical team.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
You have at least 10 years experience in the Oil Gas industry and a minimum of 2 years on a similar position in the field of electrical HVAC maintenance. You have already managed a team and are comfortable in providing support and training when needed.
