Key Responsibilities:
Deployment of Acusensus' solutions to meet client schedules and requirements
Maintenance and repair of hardware and fleet to ensure optimal performance
Conducting site surveys to assess location suitability for solution deployment
Responding to client requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Collaborating with internal teams to achieve project objectives
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification or trade in electronic, electrical, or computer-related fields
At least 5 years of experience in a similar technical role with demonstrated fault-finding and repair skills
Adaptable and willing to solve problems without all information available
Availability for after-hours on-call roster or occasional evenings and weekends as required
