Pay Range: $18–$21 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM (occasional weekend work)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Electrical Assembler to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for assembling electrical components, wiring systems, and sub‑assemblies that meet our quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Assemble electrical components, wiring harnesses, and sub‑assemblies according to schematics and work instructions
• Perform soldering, crimping, and cable routing with accuracy
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality requirements
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Support continuous improvement efforts and follow all safety protocols
Qualifications
• Previous experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or a related field preferred
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working with hand tools and electrical components
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work occasional weekends as needed

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
