Electrical Assembler (Shop-Based Roles)
Shifts Available: Days & Nights
Job Overview
We are currently hiring Electrical Assemblers for industrial and manufacturing shop environments in the Houston area. These positions involve electrical assembly, wiring support, and component installation for production-based equipment and systems.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist with electrical assembly and sub-assembly work
• Perform wiring, routing, and installation of electrical components
• Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively
• Support the build and preparation of industrial equipment and control systems
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support general production needs as assigned
General Skill Levels (Based on Experience)
Entry-Level Electrical Assembler
• Supports basic assembly and wiring tasks
• Assists with material handling and preparation
• Works under supervision
Experienced Electrical Assembler
• Performs wiring, mounting, and assembly tasks
• Able to read basic diagrams or work instructions
• Prior manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
Advanced Electrical Assembler
• Performs more complex wiring and assembly work
• Experience with control panels or industrial systems preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
• Previous experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Reliable and punctual work history
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing, bending, and repetitive movements required
• PPE required (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, etc.)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
Compensation & Benefits
• Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hr (based on experience and assignment)
• Weekly pay
• Opportunities for long-term placement
• Multiple shift options (day & night availability)
• Potential for advancement based on performance
Work Environment
Work is performed in industrial shop and manufacturing environments. Conditions may vary by site and can include non-climate-controlled areas.
