Job Description: Electrical and Automation Engineer Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Electrical and Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, automation, and control systems, with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical and automation systems. This position will involve working with various automation technologies, including PLC systems, control panels, and SCADA, across India. The role also includes providing technical support and ensuring the efficient operation of automated systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement electrical and automation control systems. Program and configure PLC systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.) for automation projects. Develop electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD and E-Plane. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and automation system issues across various client sites. Perform system integration, testing, and commissioning of automation equipment. Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing electrical and automation systems. Provide training and technical support to clients regarding electrical systems, automation, and control panels. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and industry regulations. Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and deliver projects successfully. Conduct site visits for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Skills and Experience: Hands-on experience with PLC programming and automation Strong understanding of electrical systems, control panels, and wiring. Proficient in electrical drawing software (AutoCAD, E-Plane, etc.). Experience with SCADA systems and industrial automation software is a plus. Knowledge of relay logic, motor control circuits, and instrumentation. Excellent troubleshooting skills in electrical and automation systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration. Educational Qualifications: BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related fields. Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Experience: For BE Engineers: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in electrical and automation systems. For Diploma Engineers: 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in electrical and automation systems.
