Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Mumbai
Qualification : B.Tech/ B.E - Electrical
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 2- 5 Yrs in EPC company specializing in water infrastructure solutions.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, and systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes, in accordance with applicable Indian standards (IS), IEC codes, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop electrical systems and components based on project requirements and safety standards.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using AutoCAD, or relevant software.
Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems at the site.
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely execution of work.
Conduct load calculations, cable sizing, earthing design, and panel design.
Ensure compliance with BIS, IS/IEC standards, and other relevant electrical codes.
Troubleshoot issues related to wiring, control panels, switchgear, transformers, motors, and PLC systems.
Participate in audits, safety drills, and maintenance schedules as per statutory norms (like CEA, IE rules).
Liaise with DISCOMs, electrical inspectors, and regulatory authorities when required.
Required Skills Others :
B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university (Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply).
Working knowledge of Indian electricity rules, IE Act, NBC norms, and safety standards.
Familiarity with electrical design software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Certification from CEIG (Chief Electrical Inspector of Government Central/State) or electrical supervisor license.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in infrastructure projects, power plants, substations, or industrial facilities.
Exposure to renewable energy systems (solar, wind) is a plus.
Knowledge of SCADA, BMS, or PLC-based systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
