The position / About the Job:
In this job the Electrical and Compliance Engineer would be responsible for close cooperation with your colleagues in R&D as well as colleagues in other departments focusing on production, you will be engaged in the following tasks:
• Specifying new Motors
• Documentation / Guidelines for the processes.
• MPES (Minimum Efficiency Performance Standards) rules for motors.
• Motor requirement for WIMES Motors
• Motor Efficiency - IE3/ IE4
• Motor requirement for ATEX Zone
• Maintenance of Motor Portfolio.
• IEC/ NEMA Standards
• Variable Frequency Drive (VFD’s)
• Participate in decanter development projects.
• Implement and Maintain data in Product Lifecyle Management system./ Teamcenter
• Drive Engineering Change Notification (ECN) / Engineering Change Proposal (ECP)Process

What you can be?
Qualifications & experience:
• B.E. Electrical or B.E. Electrical and Electronics Engineer, having around 4+ years of experience in related industry.
• You have a theoretical background within Electrical / Electronic Engineering with Good Technical Skill.
• Knowledge around Motors (Preferably Industrial Motors)
• Knowledge around control Panels / Junction Box/ sensors.
• Knowledge about E-Plan/ Teamcenter
• It will be added advantage if you aware about Siemens and Allen Bradely software, Altium Designer, B&R Solution studio.
• Good cross-cultural understanding
• The job is based in Pune, India
• Around 15- 20 annual international travel days can be expected
