Manage electrical capital projects from planning through to completion, ensuring deliverables are technically sound, maintainable, and completed on time and within budget.
Supervise consultants and contractors, and provide leadership during project execution.
Manage and update electrical documentation and systems, ensuring CAD and drawing system accuracy.
Ensure site personnel are competent to operate and maintain electrical systems through coaching, training, and motivation programs.
Promote a positive and proactive safety culture, participate in safety meetings, and ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations.
Support sustainability plans by identifying and championing opportunities for electrical energy reduction.
