Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer (CNC Machines)
Qualification & Experience
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DEE) with 2–4 years of experience
OR
B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 1–3 years of experience
Preferred Experience
Hands-on experience in electrical maintenance of CNC machines such as:
DOOSAN, MAZAK, MAKINO, LMW, DMG, TREVISAN, HNK, HYUNDAI, WFL
Familiarity with controllers:
Fanuc (Oi Series), Siemens, Mitsubishi, DMG
Key Responsibilities
Daily monitoring and updating of energy consumption data
Maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines
Shop floor maintenance including:
Air conditioners
Fans
Water pumps
Cranes
Maintenance of utilities:
Air compressors
DG (Diesel Generator) systems
Perform electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis within minimal downtime
Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of:
Electrical logic and interlocks
Electrical drawing reading
PLC systems and logic circuits
Fanuc & Siemens systems
Knowledge of:
Machine alignment standards, geometry, and accuracy
ISO 9001:2016 standards
Lean, TPM, and 5S practices
Core Competencies
Ability to handle critical breakdowns effectively
Root cause analysis and implementation of preventive actions
Decision-making during critical situations
Energy conservation and implementation of improvements
Spare parts procurement and inventory management
Soft Skills
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge:
MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
SAP (preferred)
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
