Job Description
ResponsibilitiesBeing responsible for proactive maintenance as well as corrective breakdown maintenance through set standard practices, standard operating times, standard solutions and inclusive training of technician team Handing electrical activity of the maintenance and issues related to Genset, Pump, Motor,Compressor, etc Making a complete list of types of maintenance required for all machines from electricalPerspective Majorly handling the Planned and periodical maintenance, predictive maintenance, breakdown, preventive, utility maintenance, for the mentioned items Facilitating documents for process audit, maintaining file, doing daily updates, facing audit questions Performing Weekly Maintenance of Generator, Battery Backup While doing weekly checkup for compressor checking air filter, oil, radiator, condition of compressor, belt etc Performing Quarterly Maintenance of machines including checking cooling, spindle, fan, cleaning, wire condition etc Proactively avoiding the common mistakes and proactively taking steps to avoid frequent breakdowns Making all machines accident proof Working on Lift Greasing and oil maintenance etc In 6 monthly schedule again checking the current condition of machines, doing preventive maintenance, adhering to checklist and making the machines accident proof Adhering to the standard downtime like for small issues upto 15 minutes For bigger issues requiring major damage repair working out on issue within 1 or 2 days as permitted by seniors Checking of cables, lubrication tank, motor condition etc for machines Handling any and all electrical issues as raised by the log Observing and scrutinizing all machines and equipment and proactively avoiding any electrical issues and breakdown Following and monitoring schedule for AMC for lift, AC, Generator etc Making various reports in terms of maintenance activity done, time taken, MTTR, MTBF, Frequency of failures and more Attending unscheduled breakdowns which might occur at any time Attending the problem within the given Turn Around Time allocated as per type of breakdown Taking consumables from store and using them for maintenance In case of shortage of material, arranging material through Sr Engineer or manager Maintenance Giving back to store the remaining material and adding to closing balance General Providing any information as required by seniors / Management from time to time Periodically spending time on taking knowledge transfer from seniorsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ?16,500.00 - ?28,000.00 per monthBenefits:
