Job Summary
As a Trainee Electrical Supervisor, you will assist in overseeing electrical maintenance, installation, and repair projects while also contributing to the promotion of company services. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with minimal experience who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in supervising electrical maintenance tasks, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.
• Learn to plan and allocate tasks to electricians and technicians based on project requirements.
• Monitor the proper installation, testing, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Prepare daily reports and updates on project progress to the Senior Supervisor or Manager.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical issues under guidance and propose solutions.
• Support inventory management for electrical tools and materials.
• Participate in promotional activities, including educating customers about company services and benefits.
• Assist in identifying and developing opportunities to grow the company's client base.
Mandatory Requirements
• Must own a two-wheeler (bike).
• Valid driving license for a two-wheeler.
Qualifications
• Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• NCVT Electrical or KGCE certification is highly preferred.
• Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
