Full job description
Manage electrical construction projects from kickoff to closeout. Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and the GC/owner to deliver work safe, on time, and on budget. Handle scheduling, procurement, submittals/RFIs, change orders, cost tracking/forecasting, quality control, inspections, and closeout (as-builts, O&Ms, punch list).
Requirements: Electrical construction experience, ability to read drawings/specs, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel/Bluebeam/Procore (or similar)

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
