Job Description
Act as the primary liaison between shipyard, design company, and client for all electrical-related
matters during construction
Review electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents to ensure compliance with
design standards, class requirements, and client specifications
Supervise electrical installation activities including power distribution, lighting, automation, and
safety systems
Conduct inspections and audits of electrical works to ensure adherence to approved procedures
and quality benchmarks
Ensure electrical systems meet IMO, class society, and statutory regulations applicable to floating
dry docks
Identify, report, and resolve discrepancies or technical issues between design intent and shipyard
execution
Monitor construction schedules, track electrical milestones, and report progress to stakeholders
Oversee pre-commissioning and commissioning of electrical systems, including FAT and SAT
testing
Maintain records of electrical design changes, approvals, test reports, and as-built
documentation for handover
Ensure safe working practices during electrical installation and testing, coordinating with
shipyard HSE teams

1.) 2-3 yrs exp in Shipyards (Production)
