Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Technician with a diploma in Electrical Engineering and some relevant experience in the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in aviation services. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical principles and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment used in aviation services.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests on electrical components to ensure they meet operational standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in aviation systems, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay current with the latest technologies and practices in aviation electrical systems.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 month of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in an aviation or related industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Proficient in the use of electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Knowledge of aviation industry standards and safety regulations is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with aviation electrical systems or components.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
