As a Product Consultant you will be working as an evangelist for Futurehook. Using your communication and technical skills, you will be taking the story of our brand to the world. You will be building cordial and long-lasting relationships with customers, Architects and every other person associated with the Project.
Responsibilities
Installation and Configuration:
· Install, set up, and configure CCTV systems, including cameras, monitors, and recording devices, based on client requirements.
· Install, test, and commission fire alarm systems, including detectors, control panels, alarms, and communication devices, according to relevant codes and standards.
· Perform residential electrical installations, including wiring, lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers, following safety protocols and building codes.
Maintenance and Repair:
· Conduct regular inspections of CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, and residential electrical systems to identify faults, malfunctions, or potential hazards.
· Perform preventive maintenance on installed systems, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
· Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, and carry out repairs or replacements of faulty components.
Compliance and Safety:
· Ensure adherence to local and national electrical codes, regulations, and safety guidelines during installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
· Verify that CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, and residential electrical installations meet required safety standards and functionality specifications.
· Complete necessary documentation and reports related to compliance and safety inspections.
Travel and Project Coordination:
· Plan and coordinate travel to various locations to provide electrical services, adhering to project timelines and customer requirements.
Technical Expertise and Training:
· Stay up-to-date with advancements in CCTV technology, fire alarm systems, and residential electrical practices through continuous learning and professional development.
· Provide technical support and training to clients and colleagues on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
