Electrical Technicians
Manufacturing / Inspecting & Testing Electrical components
Planning
· Assisting Head Production and Development in planning of manufacturing schedule.
Production/Assembly of Accessories and Equipment
· Manufacturing of equipment’s with desired specifications and quality.
· Reduce materials costs to the lowest levels consistent with quality objectives. Cost saving budgeting and targeting.
Internal trial
· Conduct internal trials for meeting specifications and quality standards and make a QC report and final inspection report separately for each product.
Record Keeping:
· To carry out a comprehensive review on dispatched material or products, maintain data sheet given by ISO team for each & every products and it should be approved by respective HOD/ Sr. Mfg. Engineer.
Vendor Visit
Manufacturing technicians needs to visit vendors at the time of urgency of work.
Skills required -
1. Through understanding of core subject
2. Understanding of electrical diagrams and symbols
3. Experience in Panel Wiring
4. Education Qualification- ITI Electrician
