Job Description
As a technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment and systems. You will work under the supervision of a senior technician or manager, and may collaborate with other members of the team.
Responsibilities
· Conduct routine maintenance checks and perform repairs on equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
· Troubleshoot problems with equipment and systems, and make repairs as necessary.
· Conduct tests and inspections to identify and diagnose malfunctions, and determine the appropriate course of action to repair them.
· Use hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment, to complete repairs and installations.
· Record and maintain accurate logs of all work performed, including parts used and hours worked.
· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
· Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications & Other Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Certificate or associate degree / diploma in a related field preferred.
· 5+ years of experience in a technician role, or related field.
. Valid Wireman / Supervisory License is mandatory.
· Strong knowledge of equipment and systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
· Experience using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
