Job Description
Good Understanding of Electrical Drawings, installation, commissioning and operation of new equipment related Electrical.
Prepare detail specifications, BOQs, BOM related Electrical and Instrumentation.
Prepare Standard operating procedure Work method statement (WMS),
Analyzing the drawing and executing the installation according to it.
Planning and ensure availability of critical spares for smooth operation of the plant and follow-up with vendors for delivery of material on time.
Spare parts management with inventory control & monitoring for all spares requirement. Proper up keep of spares with ready to use concept.
Implementing improvement in plant productivity, Energy saving, Equipment reliability by implementation 5S activities and Quality circle.
Key skills & Responsibility Requirements:
Knowledge about electrical Operation, Control Wiring, interlocks and safety.
