Join Tri-State Wiring, Inc., a leader in the metropolitan area for Building Management Systems (BMS) wiring and low-voltage systems, as we seek a skilled and committed Foreman to join our growing team. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise electricians on BMS Controls and low-voltage projects
Interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints for accurate installation and troubleshooting
Coordinate manpower, materials, and scheduling to meet deadlines with high-quality results
Perform and oversee conduit bending, panel installation, and device terminations
Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with company and industry standards
Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and crew members
Mentor helpers and junior electricians — we train future journeymen, not just labor
Run your job efficiently — foremen lead, not babysit or micromanage
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in the BMS / HVAC Controls industry
Valid NYS SST Card
Ability to independently install and terminate panels and end devices
Strong conduit bending experience
Proficient in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and blueprints
Reliable, professional, and on time every day
Ability to work independently and lead a crew effectively
Knowledge of security or fire alarm systems is a plus
