Position Overview: We are seeking skilled and experienced Plumbers and Electricians to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in their respective fields, excellent problem-solving skills, and a dedication to providing high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Plumber:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects.
Electrician:
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers.
Diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to plan electrical systems.
Ensure electrical systems meet local, state, and national codes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a plumber/electrician.
Valid certification or license as a plumber/electrician.
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with both residential and commercial projects.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
