About you

The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:

- Ability to listen to, understand and accurately record or summarise large amounts of information derived from audio and/or video footage, and to evaluate the information obtained within policy, legislative and statutory requirements.

- Ability to work under pressure either as an individual or as a team member to achieve quality results.

- Excellent oral and interpersonal skills that demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively.

- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

- Sound office administration skills.

- Proven ability in maintaining confidentiality and exercising tact, discretion, initiative and sound judgement when dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information.
