Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Master Technician to join our team at our White Plains, NY location. This on-site role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues across a variety of vehicle makes and models. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, conducting diagnostic procedures, utilizing advanced tools and equipment, and ensuring that all repair work meets quality and safety standards. The Master Technician will also assist in mentoring junior technicians and collaborating with team members to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, including expertise in vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using specialized tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair technologies.
• Ability to perform scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, and tire installations.
• Proven capability to work collaboratively within a team and mentor junior technicians.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality and safe repair work.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• ASE Master Certification or equivalent required; manufacturer-specific certifications are a plus.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow safety protocols.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are desired.
