Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled candidate to manage investigations for online/electronic disputes, specifically focusing on platforms similar to UPI (Unified Payments Interface) or other e-commerce channels.

This role requires expertise in:

Managing complex online dispute cases
Analyzing electronic evidence and data
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes efficiently
Developing and implementing effective dispute resolution strategies
Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in investigation and dispute management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
