Job Overview:
As an Electronics Repair Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to students, equipping them with practical skills and theoretical knowledge required to diagnose, repair, and maintain electronic devices. Your role will involve developing course materials, conducting engaging classes, and providing individualized support to ensure each student reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery: Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions covering various aspects of electronics repair, including troubleshooting, component replacement, soldering techniques, and use of diagnostic tools.
Curriculum Development: Develop and update training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and practical exercises, to ensure they align with industry standards and technological advancements.
Student Support: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering additional support as needed to enhance their learning experience.
Assessment and Evaluation: Design and administer assessments to evaluate students' understanding and proficiency. Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Equipment Management: Ensure that training equipment and tools are maintained, calibrated, and available for student use. Report any malfunctions or needs for repair.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
