Requirement for Electronic Technician
Shorey E-Solutions is looking for a professional, active Electronic Technician. This position is Full time.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Installation and Maintenance: Electronic technicians are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic equipment and systems. This could include circuit boards, electrical components, communication systems, and more.
Troubleshooting: They diagnose and identify issues with electronic systems and devices using various tools and techniques. They troubleshoot problems to determine the root cause and implement solutions to resolve them.
Testing and Calibration: Electronic technicians perform tests and inspections on electronic systems to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. They also calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and proper functioning.
Repair and Replacement: They repair or replace faulty components, parts, or wiring in electronic devices or systems. This could involve soldering, wiring, or replacing damaged parts.
Documentation: Keeping detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment specifications is crucial. Electronic technicians document their work for future reference and compliance purposes.
Collaboration: They often collaborate with engineers, other technicians, or professionals to solve complex issues, design new systems, or improve existing ones.
Safety Procedures: Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines is paramount. Electronic technicians ensure that all work is performed safely and that proper safety measures are followed to prevent accidents or damage to equipment.

Requirements/Qualification :
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Some positions may require an associate degree or post-secondary certificate in electronics or a related field from a vocational school, community college, or technical institute.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment and systems. Knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and systems is essential. Familiarity with tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering equipment, and other diagnostic instruments is often necessary.
Experience: Previous experience working in electronics, either through internships, apprenticeships, or related work experience, can be beneficial. Some employers may require a certain number of years of experience in the field.
Certifications: Obtaining certifications can enhance job prospects and demonstrate expertise. Certifications from organizations like the Electronics Technicians Association (ETA International) or specific manufacturers may be valuable. For example, the Certified Electronics Technician (CET) certification is recognized in the industry.
Analytical Skills: Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams to diagnose and solve problems in electronic systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial.
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are important for interacting with team members, customers, and explaining technical issues or solutions in a clear manner.

Work conditions (not limited to) read thoroughly:
● One month full salary will be kept as security in preceding months (deduction in consecutive two months as 50% each month). The same shall be reimbursed (at actual value only WITHOUT any interest or additional charges) at the time of candidate leaving the company by serving the required notice period.
● NO OVER TIME whatsoever may be the case shall be applicable. Since, If any testing and manufacturing procedure are in progress and demands extra time (if required).
● WORK DAY IS ACCOUNTED if utilised for more than 2hrs. Attending a complaint/emergency is not accounted for.
● No advance will be given in any conditions in the first year of your employment/association with the company.
● Expenses made for work will be reimbursed against the expense sheet weekly (Not acceptable beyond 15 days of the expense date).
● Unplanned leaves shall be deducted as 3 days (except medical conditions to be supported by documents)
● Travel time is not accounted for the job that includes customer site/work site visits etc as and if required and same shall not be compensated as overtime.
● Food charges as per company payout policy.
● Night inconvenience charges are for work more than 2 days at one place, room to be taken (to be compensated as per the company payout policy).
● The working days are 6 working days a week and the holiday shall be roaster based.
This post is for only those candidates who are willing to work for at least 3 to 4 years.
