ELECTRONICAL TECHNICIAN (M/W/D)
Location Dhankot - Haryana, India

YOUR TASKS
Job Objective
• Maintain, arrange, and ensure electrical and mechanical machine spares inside maintenance
Duties and Responsibilities
• Identification of necessary spare parts, consumables for all equipment’s of plant.
• Make separate list of spares as CRITICAL, GENERAL, MACHINE SPECIFIC as per plant requirement.
• Make list of spares as Slow moving, non-moving category.
• Making and maintaining list of all spare parts using in machine and utility equipment’s.
• Identify place for material in store rack’s and keep all material in identified place.
• Maintain 5 S of store on daily basis.
• 1S and 2S should maintain so anyone can get material within 15 second.
• Daily receiving material physically as per requirement and keeping in storage area identified.
• Stock should add in SAP for all incoming material.
• Daily issue of material physically as well as in SAP.
• Make and maintain minimum stock level for all material as require in plant.
• Review minimum stock level and change according to plant requirement.
• Make maximum stock level optimize so that inventory value should not increase unnecessarily.
• Check physical stock and its should get verify by superior once in a month.
• Physical stock should check by Maintenance HOD once in 3 month.
• Ensure machine should not be in breakdown due to non availability of spare.
• Ensure any consumables should not store beyond its shelf life.
• Ensure all chemical / liquid material should keep in non-leached containers.
• Heavy material should store in lower racks and light material can keep in upper racks.
• Ensure Occupational Health and Safety and Environment as per Hella EHS rules.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
• Qualification: ITI or Equivalent (Mechanical/Electrical/Electro-mechanical)
• Experience: 1-3 Yrs. in Manufacturing Industry
