Job Description
Produce conceptual, basic and detailed design for projects as per IS and International Guidelines.
Analyze the needs of internal customers to determine system requirements and the cost of developing electronic system plans
Conduct system evaluations and make appropriate recommendations to modify designs or repair equipment as needed
Identify and recommend system improvements to improve technical performance
Design electronic software and components for commercial applications
Define and execute testing and maintenance procedures for electronic software and components
Inspect electronics to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards
Maintain drawing details/ software files and design documents and file properly on company mandated file system
Day-to-day assistance in designing and assistance to team members in the delivery of projects
Drive a project to completion by proper project planning, delegation and follow up
Undertake technical and feasibility studies and on site requirements
Work closely and effectively with clients and internal project teams
Provide technical advisory to production and service staff
Prepare and maintain project plan and schedules
Responsible for new product development and release on yearly basis
Required Experience & Qualifications
Electronics and control system design experience
Methodical approach to problem solving
Ability to read and understand specifications
Effective time & task management and leadership skills
Excellent organization and verbal communication skills are essential
Ability to use initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail, must be able to demonstrate accurate report writing
Experience with circuit and PCB designing a big plus
Desired Qualification: B.E/Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics Engineering
