Job Description
Electronic Controls Development & Electrical of Robotic Inspection Tools, including Design & Testing of Electrical Boxes, Layout, Harnesses, Specifications and Optimizations of System and Components.
System Electronic Control Strategy & Component Selections including Motors, Camera, Wiring etc.
Able to understands the regulations and transfer the understanding to preventive actions or to validation programs.
Knowledge of Board Development(Raspberry, Arduino etc) for prototyping features.
Perform engineering modifications & Update drawings & processes.
Understanding technical data, material specifications, BOM, wiring diagrams, drawings, test plans.
Performing unit rating, qualification, and reliability testing.
Electrical and Electronics support of new & existing Products.
Electrical designs including cable harnesses & routing, component specs.
Write Reports, Document Data and Communicate Findings.
Ownership to resolve technical problems or prompt response to address issues and escalate as needed.
Adhere to Safety & Security Protocols.
Proactively identify and address product design issues that adversely affect product operation.
Be a team player within cross function teams, understand multi-discipline needs (Engineering, Marketing, Assembly, Logistics, Purchasing,..etc ) and support them as needed.
Support cross functional teams including designers, CAD, Lab Technicians, Manufacturing.
Support Product & Project tasks such as testing, lab and manufacturing.
